Loft is an estate agency that wants to take a different approach to the property industry. Stylish by design, it embraces technology and is driven by the hardworking enthusiasm of it’s founders.

After years of working in the industry for a well-known high-street estate agency, founders Tom and Molly wanted to break free from the standard look and feel of typical high street estate agents in their area. They saw their brand incorporating the stylish design and enviable aesthetics that many of their clients liked in their own homes.

They reached out to Box Partnership to develop a website that encapsulated the look and feel of their brand whilst being functional and easy to use. A discovery meeting helped to identify the key components the website needed to have, the end user profile as well as the tone and feel for the website. This allowed the design team to map out a wireframe to use as the starting point for the design of the website.

One of our in-house photographers captured marketing shots of the founders, a selection of properties and the local area across several staged photo shoots. A video professional then filmed and edited a branded marketing video to engage website visitors and project the core elements of the Loft brand to potential clients.

The website and marketing material Box Partnership produced had an immediate impact as this leading-edge estate agent continues to expand its market share within their operational areas.
