This client had put in a lot of work to create a beautifully designed new build development upon land adjacent to Victorian terrace and public parkland. After the success of an earlier project, they wanted us to create the development’s promotional material.
They asked us to come up with a brand for the development that was both engaging and fun but also connected to the surrounding parkland. We came up with a brand design that put the name of the development at its heart. Rather than using a logo, we made the theme of the design the development’s identity. Using eye-catching shapes drawn from nature in a bright and engaging colour palette. Applying this theme across the development hoarding drew attention to the quieter area of the street where the development was situated.
We created a CGI for the external of the property to be used across marketing materials, prior to construction completion. Our expert in-house photographer produced magazine-quality images that captured the aesthetic beauty of the design, whilst our video and drone professionals produced a high-quality property video to engage buyer emotions by highlighting the feel of the properties.
We designed the marketing brochure in keeping with the branding and also created the visuals, such as an area map, in keeping with the development theme. This gave the agents an engaging marketing asset to provide potential buyers and to use in call-to-actions to assess buyer uptake.
