Clipper Apartments, London

Our client went to great lengths to secure this land, work on the plans with the architect and construct the development. Needing to secure maximum return on investment, they engaged Box Partnership to help with the furniture, styling and visual marketing assets.

After gathering a brief from the client and conducting a site visit, we set about developing an identity for the development that married it with the sea-faring history of the local area. The Clipper Apartments invokes a connection with the fast sailing ships used to transport tea to the UK from abroad. The visual identity for the development stemmed from this image.

Installing tasteful furniture packages in the units helped fill the space and aid potential buyers in understanding how the space could be used. These were chosen to fit with the contemporary look and feel of the architecture. Styling the properties to go with the furniture packs completed the interior for marketing and viewings, helping to enhance the value in buyers’ and investors’ minds.

Early on our in-house photographers undertook a number of shoots at the property to display the evolution of the development project. Towards completion, the photographer and video professional captured stunning images and video footage to be edited and used across all marketing assets.
