Charles Mews, London

Property development CGI

Not happy with the quality of the marketing they have been receiving from their estate agent, our client wanted to take back control. They put a lot of work into creating a beautiful property development and wanted to make sure the marketing matched the aesthetic nature of the development’s design. They chose Box Partnership for our industry experience, knowing our creative thinking would ensure they maximised the value of their development.

Box Partnership was tasked with designing the visual identity of the development in the form of primary and secondary logo marks and the colour palette. This had not only to stand out, but encapsulate the eco-friendly nature of the property and the distinctive architectural design, targeting high-end audiences who appreciate good design architecture and aesthetics.

Charles Mews was granted its name during the coronation year, so we created a brand for the development with a nod to the regal theme. This involved both shapes and colour selection while incorporating the unique design of the property and eco-friendly structure in the logo. We used this brand to craft and design the development brochure, hoarding, sales microsite and a keep-sake coffee table book.

We produced several hyper-real CGIs of the exterior of the property, prior to construction completion. Our in-house team of photographers and video professionals used the latest cameras and drones to capture the stunning interior of the properties for high-quality marketing photography and video that emphasised the style and beauty of the property. These were utilised across all marketing and sales assets for the property development. All the marketing assets were put together in a downloadable media pack to be used by the estate agents.

Four of the five units sold off-plan within a month of launch.
