Overlooking the estuary in Littlehampton and a stone’s throw from the sea, a former home above a commercial premises was redeveloped into two stunning 3 bedroom duplex apartments.

With views across the estuary and within minutes walk from the sea, our client created a modern-day sanctuary in a perfect location. Wanting to ensure they produced the maximum return from their investment, they turned to Box Partnership to design the interior to appeal to their target buyers and increase their chances of maximising the value. Looking for something sympathetic and elegant to fit within their budget and aid a quick sale, they engaged us to furnish the property and stage it for marketing and viewings.

Taking into account the developer’s requests and the target market for these properties, we wanted to keep the colours neutral. This would allow for the buyer’s imagination to imprint their own vision on the property, highlighting its features with subtle but elegant accessories.

Once we had designed and styled the interior of the property, one of our in-house photographers and a video and drone professional set about capturing the aesthetics. Ensuring the beauty of the design was covered across the interiors and all the key selling points, the footage and photos were edited to create outstanding marketing assets for use across all key customer touch points by the selling agent.
